Membership plans and benefits

The Memberships page keeps your club memberships, available plans, renewal details, and benefits in one place. A club may offer several plans and several term lengths for the same plan.

Choose a plan

  1. Open Memberships from My Hub.
  2. Select an organization.
  3. Compare the plan name, term, full price, joining fee, benefits, limits, approval requirement, and renewal setting.
  4. Select a term. If the plan permits it, choose whether it should renew automatically.
  5. Review the summary before adding the membership to checkout.

The price shown at checkout is calculated again on the server. Discounts are not accepted from the browser. If a plan or term changes while you are checking out, Dogg.dog asks you to review the current offer instead of charging the old browser total.

Approval-required plans

Some plans require club approval. Payment places the membership in Pending approval. The plan becomes active only after an authorized club administrator approves it. A rejection includes the club's reason and does not silently grant benefits.

My benefits

Open a current membership to see My benefits. This area can show:

  • discounts or special prices;
  • included or free uses and the remaining quantity;
  • dog-entry gifts issued by the plan and applied automatically;
  • expiry dates and benefit limits; and
  • display-only entitlements, such as a support service level that is not yet connected to ticket routing.

At an eligible service or event checkout, Dogg.dog shows the base price, the selected membership benefit, any compatible coupon, tax, and the final price. By default, only the best eligible membership benefit is used. A coupon stacks with it only when both rules explicitly allow stacking.

Automatic discounts and dog-entry gifts

An organization can connect a plan discount to events and shows, an organization service category, or a specific service such as a digital ownership transfer. The member does not need a coupon code. Eligibility follows the providing organization and the membership of the person paying for the service.

Entry gifts also appear in Profile → Referral program, alongside gift cards. An entry gift counts dog entries; it is separate from a money-value gift card. The cart chooses an eligible dog entry where the gift improves the price. One use covers one dog at one event, subject to the plan's published cap and exclusions. Other dogs and competitions remain separately priced. A fully covered cart shows Confirm registration and finishes without a card payment or manual approval of payment. Ordinary registration eligibility and organizer approval rules still apply.

The gift is held while an online payment is pending, preventing a second checkout from using it. A confirmed payment decline releases it; an uncertain provider outcome keeps it reserved while payment is reconciled. An authorized refundable cancellation restores the entry gift and refunds any paid remainder under the organizer's policy. A paid renewal grants its new entry allowance once; unused entries do not carry over. Calendar resets and household usage pools are not available as automatically enforced entry-gift settings.

Renewals and plan versions

Your membership keeps the exact published plan version and terms you accepted. Later edits do not rewrite past payments or invoices. Depending on club policy, a renewal can keep that version or offer a newer version after the required notice.

You can change auto-renewal only when the plan allows member control. Renewal reminders respect your notification preferences. Expired or cancelled plans remain visible in history, including their accepted terms and financial records.

Legacy memberships

Existing memberships continue to use the previous member price during the rollout. They are grandfathered into a compatibility plan without changing membership dates, renewal settings, prior invoices, or the amount paid.

If a price or benefit looks wrong, stop before payment and contact the club. Include the organization and service name, but do not send payment-card details or private application documents.

Referral rewards

When an organization enables referrals, open Profile → Referral program to create a secure organization referral link. You can copy the link or show its QR code. The link itself contains no member, dog, litter, or payment details.

A visit is not a reward. Dogg.dog records a pending reward only after the referred person completes an eligible paid membership and the membership is active. The organization may then hold the reward through its refund period. The Referral program section explains whether a reward is pending, available, converted, redeemed, reversed, or under review without revealing the referred person's private application or payment information.

If an eligible breeder relationship exists, the published organization rules may divide the one reward pool between the direct referrer and verified breeder. Dogg.dog verifies breeder and ownership evidence from its records; a breeder identity entered by the browser is never accepted as proof.

Reward balances and gift cards

Available referral rewards remain separated by funding organization and currency. They are Dogg.dog purchase rewards, not withdrawable cash. Select Create gift card to convert an eligible amount from one organization and one currency into an organization-scoped gift card. Conversion never combines balances from different organizations.

At checkout, membership benefits and compatible coupons change the price first. Tax is then calculated using the organization's finance policy. A gift card is applied afterward as payment tender. In a cart containing items from more than one organization, each selected gift card is allocated only to lines allowed by its published acceptance rules. The checkout summary shows each allocation and the remaining external-card amount before payment.

Gift cards can be partially used. The remaining value stays on the original card and with the original issuing organization. A failed or abandoned payment releases its temporary reservation. Refund restoration follows the original gift-card allocation rather than creating value in another organization.

Managers can select multiple checkboxes in Service category or action to apply the same discount to several services. Search the list, tick the services, and enter the discount once. Reopening the plan keeps matching discount selections together. Clear a checkbox to remove that service from the revised plan; existing purchased versions retain their terms.

Shared plans and unlimited show entry

A shared plan applies to all organizations named on its card. You purchase it once. Its owner manages the membership and receives the club share of the fee.

Unlimited show entry is available at the dog-count tier you choose. It covers eligible dog entries at the selected organizers during the purchased membership term. Competitions and extras remain separately priced.

  • Fixed dogs: select and confirm the required number of your own dogs before checkout. Those dogs cannot be replaced during the purchased term.
  • Choose dogs at each show: select up to the tier's limit at each show. You may choose different dogs next time. Separate carts do not increase the limit.

Other dogs receive the plan's stated event discount, if any. Its organization service discount applies to all your dogs, including dogs with free show entry. Existing eligibility, ownership, registration dates and approval rules still apply.

Set up a plan as an organization administrator

Open Membership management → Plans, then create or revise a plan. Choose its owner and settlement organization, and tick the Plan organizations that will share it. A parent administrator can manage the permitted organizations in that parent's family.

Enable Unlimited show entry when needed. Choose fixed dogs or the option to choose different dogs at each show, select the covered organizers, and enter the discounts for other dogs and for organization services. Add pricing tiers with the dog count, membership term and price. The live preview explains the benefits as you edit them.

For a child-owned plan, Main organization fee amount is the parent's annual share included in the total. You can copy the amount configured in Prices. For example, a total of ₪250 with a parent share of ₪140 leaves ₪110 for the club. Choose which organization collects the payment and whether a multi-year discount preserves or discounts the parent's share. Settlement between the organizations remains manual.
